Enter through an obscure door and into a time machine at La Descarga, a trendy yet under the radar rum bar/speak easy on Western. Upon entry you step through a wardrobe (yes...amazing right?) and glimpse across the dark room and head down a spiral staircase into a land of Latin burlesque alongside a cigar room and bar full of people you swear you've never seen before.
